Let’s delve into the author’s insights.
Q1. Tell us something about your book.
Ans – I have lived in different cities like Chandigarh, New Delhi, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. Meeting different people from various backgrounds and viewpoints provides you with new perspectives. Different people face different problems, but we need to have a unique mindset to tackle these issues. In this book, I explain through personal examples how a calm mind can help you sail through different challenges in life.
Q2. What is one of the major points in your book?
Ans – Having experienced moving to different cities and encountering various problems, I gained insights into others’ lives. Some people seek success in their careers or relationships without being willing to leave their comfort zones, yet they still want change. I explain that to achieve significant progress in personal or professional life, you need to step out of your comfort zone and make some sacrifices.
Q3. What inspired you to write this book?
Ans – Often, when we talk to friends, colleagues, and relatives, we find that everyone has problems. Your problem may seem small to me and vice versa, but each person’s problem feels like the biggest issue in the world to them. People need someone to share their issues with without fear of judgment. Many students who fail to qualify for competitive exams take extreme steps. We need motivation to avoid such outcomes and create an environment that encourages motivation, whether in family or teams. This helps us perform better in every aspect of life.
Q4. How do you think people can maximize the output from their work?
Ans – People often want different results while doing the same things, which is not possible. To achieve different outcomes, you need to change your habits and ways of working or thinking. Sticking to the same routine cannot produce different results. Get up and explore new possibilities.
Q5. Is there anything you’d like to share with your readers?
Ans – Everyone has problems in life. My problem may be different from yours, but to me, my problem is the biggest problem in the world. Taking every problem as a challenge will change your mindset. So, solve problems.
