This investment encompasses various aspects including the acquisition of land, construction of buildings, procurement of plant and machinery, and development of essential infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate this expansion, VeerHealth Care will be raising\u00a0\u20b98 Crores through bank borrowings. Additionally, the Board of Directors has approved a strategic move to issue new equity shares to further bolster financial resources.<\/p>\n<p>VeerHealth Care will issue 99,99,238 new equity shares\u00a0at \u20b9 25 per share including a\u00a0premium of\u00a0\u20b9\u00a015\/-\u00a0per share. This right Issue is offered in the ratio of 1:2\u00a0i.e. one equity share is offered for every two shares\u00a0held by existing shareholders\u00a0including promoters\u00a0in the Company.<\/p>\n<p>This strategic initiative not only fortifies VeerHealth Care Limited\u2019s financial position but also underscores our commitment to maximizing value for our shareholders.
