Q3. What inspired you to write this book?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ans-<\/strong> There are many self-help books on leadership, but we wanted to take a different approach. Instead of being prescriptive, we aimed for readers to reflect and take ownership of their process of change. Writing a research-based book in a simple, easy-to-read manner was a challenging task, but we wanted to Make a Difference (MAD) in how serious subjects are approached. Our goal was to provide a transformative experience that is both engaging and insightful.<\/p>\n

Ans<\/strong>\u2013 In \u201cThe Pondering Leaf,\u201d we delve into two powerful metaphors: the leaf and the surfer. The leaf symbolizes our personal journey of growth and introspection, while the Surfer represents a transformative process that explores six essential leadership traits\u2014Sensitivity, Understanding, Reality, Feelings, Evolving, and Resilience. Alongside these traits, we discuss four specific mindsets crucial for personal and professional transformation: Change mindset, Decisive mindset, Relationship mindset, and Resilience mindset.
