Through relentless hard work, she secured her first job as a Junior Project Manager in an automotive tooling company. From there, she climbed the corporate ladder, proving that resilience, adaptability, and sheer determination could break even the toughest barriers.<\/p>\n

Today, she is an IT Program Manager at a leading telecommunications company, leading globally distributed teams and driving cutting-edge solutions in AI, cloud analytics, and system integration. Her contributions have earned her prestigious awards, including the Best Newcomer Debut Award, multiple Best Employee of the Month recognitions, and a nomination for the CHLOE Award in the Courage to Innovate category.<\/p>\n
