Not only did he gain a global perspective, but as a Graduate Senator in RIT\u2019s Student Government, he developed leadership skills that would shape his business ethos. Post-MBA, he joined eLogic, marketing enterprise solutions to large corporations, which exposed him to high-stakes B2B strategies and global operational models.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Returning to India, Pavan shifted focus to real estate. With the founding of PGP Enterprises and co-founding of Vestaa, he helped shape Bangalore\u2019s residential and commercial landscape. But it was at Bangalore Airport\u2014amid the buzz of passengers and the scent of filter coffee\u2014that he found his next big opportunity.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cI noticed a glaring gap\u2014while international brands like HMSHost and TFS dominated airport dining, Indian brands were nearly invisible,\u201d says Pavan. Thus was born VTP Lounges LLP, a bold venture aimed at redefining airport dining by blending authentic Indian experiences with global standards.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Under his leadership, VTP Lounges now operates two marquee outlets at BLR Airport\u2019s Terminal 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hard Rock Caf\u00e9 (International Lounge) \u2013 bringing global rock culture and bold flavors to Indian skies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Central Tiffin Room (CTR) \u2013 a heritage-rich South Indian eatery serving its legendary masala dosas and filter coffee to a new generation of travelers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">His strategy isn\u2019t just about food\u2014it\u2019s about identity and inclusivity. \u201cVTP Lounges is my way of giving Indian brands their rightful place on the global stage,\u201d he explains. His next venture?\u00a0Shrisagar, a multi-cuisine vegetarian restaurant in Terminal 1, designed specifically for the airport community\u2014ground staff, airline crews, and transit passengers\u2014who often face a shortage of delicious, affordable food options.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But success hasn\u2019t come easy. Building in a high-security, high-stakes environment like an international airport demands strategic thinking, flawless execution, and operational resilience. \u201cEvery day is a balancing act\u2014staying true to the brand\u2019s essence while navigating the complex world of airport logistics,\u201d Pavan says.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>His larger vision is audacious: Make VTP Lounges India\u2019s first homegrown airport F&amp;B powerhouse, rivaling global giants like HMSHost and TFS. Through Vestaa, he continues to build quality residential projects rooted in trust and transparency.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ask him what fuels his drive, and he answers simply: \u201cCuriosity and courage.\u201d The courage to switch careers, to return from a stable U.S. corporate job, to pitch against global firms in airport tenders\u2014and to win.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">And he\u2019s far from done. His three-year plan includes securing presence in 10+ Indian airports, 3+ global hubs, and even exploring IPO funding for VTP Lounges. The long-term vision?
