{"id":58681,"date":"2026-08-08T18:50:14","date_gmt":"2026-08-08T13:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/livemumbai.in\/index.php\/2026\/08\/08\/organic-recycling-systems-limited-sets-august-20-as-record-date-for-12-bonus-share-issue-trading-begins-august-24\/"},"modified":"2026-08-08T18:50:14","modified_gmt":"2026-08-08T13:20:14","slug":"organic-recycling-systems-limited-sets-august-20-as-record-date-for-12-bonus-share-issue-trading-begins-august-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livemumbai.in\/index.php\/2026\/08\/08\/organic-recycling-systems-limited-sets-august-20-as-record-date-for-12-bonus-share-issue-trading-begins-august-24\/","title":{"rendered":"Organic Recycling Systems Limited Sets August 20 as Record Date for 1:2 Bonus Share Issue \u2014 Trading Begins August 24"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Shareholders\u2019 approval received at EGM on August 3, 2026; BSE in-principle approval received on August 4, 2026; bonus shares to be allotted on August 21, 2026 and available for trading from August 24, 2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Delhi [India], August 8:<\/strong> Organic Recycling Systems Limited<strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bseindia.com\/stock-share-price\/organic-recycling-systems\/ORSL\/543997\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">BSE: 543997<\/a>),<\/strong> an integrated CleanTech and decarbonisation platform, has announced that the Bonus Allotment Committee has fixed <strong>Thursday, August 20, 2026<\/strong> as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to the allotment of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bonus issue, which was recommended by the Board of Directors on July 6, 2026, has received shareholders\u2019 approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on <strong>August 3, 2026<\/strong>, and in-principle approval from BSE Limited on <strong>August 4, 2026<\/strong> under Regulation 28(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deemed date of allotment has been fixed as <strong>Friday, August 21, 2026<\/strong>, by which date up to 51,99,637 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of \u20b910 each will be allotted to eligible shareholders in the ratio of 1:2 \u2014 one new fully paid-up equity share of \u20b910 each for every two existing fully paid-up equity shares held as on the Record Date. The Company will submit the requisite documents to the depository for credit of the bonus equity shares by 12:00 p.m. on August 21, 2026. The bonus shares will be available for trading from <strong>Monday, August 24, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A total of 51,99,637 new equity shares of face value \u20b910 each, amounting to \u20b95,19,96,370, will be issued by way of capitalisation of eligible reserves. The pre-bonus paid-up equity share capital stands at \u20b910,39,92,750 comprising 1,03,99,275 equity shares. Post the bonus issue, the paid-up equity share capital will increase to \u20b915,59,89,120 comprising 1,55,98,912 equity shares.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking on this development, Sarang Bhand, Promoter and Managing Director, Organic Recycling Systems Limited said, <em>\u201cThis bonus issue is a reflection of where Organic Recycling Systems stands today \u2014 a profitable, growing, debt-light company with a clear path ahead.
